1. Proceed to the Eurokars Guardhouse

Upon entry, proceed to the Eurokars guardhouse and inform the security officer that you are dropping off your IM for servicing. The security officer will direct you to the designated parking area.

2. Secure Your Vehicle

Before leaving your vehicle, remove or securely store all personal belongings and valuables, and ensure that the vehicle is locked.

3. Complete the Envelope

Collect an envelope from the drop-off point beside the Service Centre lift lobby. Clearly write your name, contact number, and vehicle registration number on the envelope.

4. Insert Your IM Vehicle Key

Place your vehicle key inside the envelope and seal it securely.

5. Deposit the Envelope

Deposit the sealed envelope into the designated drop-off box with an IM logo. Our IM Service Advisor will contact you on the next working day to confirm that your vehicle has been received.
